We were recommended to use The Home Inspection Squad for our inspection before closing on our house. David & Josh came out to do the job. I was very impressed by their professionalism as well as friendliness! We received our full inspection report the same day via email. If I could rate this business more than 5 stars, I would not hesitate to do so. They did the inspection two days after calling, offered a military discount, and offered the very detailed report within 24 hours. TK took so many pictures and videos for us. He was very detailed in his report. We called him with some questions and he went through the entire report with us. We spent 58 minutes on the phone because he wanted to hit every point of concern. He gave us his personal thoughts if the home was a good home to move into and if he would feel comfortable moving his children in the home. He made us feel relieved and comfortable throughout the conversation. He gave us advice on what to ask the sellers and verbiage to use in the amendment. He also asked if we were going to the home and we said yes, we were actually going there tomorrow and he checked his calendar and offered to meet us there. This was going above and beyond and we’ve never experienced this kind of hospitality with any business. We are so thankful for TK and the Home Inspection Squad. I could not recommend them enough, they are the best inspection company.
